Apple flour is a completely organic product. It is obtained from apple pieces that are pressed, dried and ground. It is rich in fiber, pectins and fibers. It helps gastric peristalsis and lowers cholesterol and toxin levels.
It is used as an additive to other flours for breads, biscuits, cakes, sweets, pancakes, etc. It has a very pleasant aroma and taste of apple. After adding it to the dough, it darkens and can also be used as a coloring agent for pastries. The recommended dose is 1:3 with wheat flour.
